On your first visit to our office in Lake Zurich you will be welcomed like a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out our required forms which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition.

Randy Horning DC. will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If Dr. Randy Horning can help you, the doctor will let you know. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent. If we find that your condition is outside the scope of our practice, we will be happy to refer you to someone we believe can help you.

	Examination After a thorough consultation you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurologic, postural, and physical examinations. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so that he will have a better understanding of how chiropractic can help you. If necessary, X-rays will be taken or you may be referred for additional testing procedures.
	X-ray X-ray is sometimes required to get a full evaluation of a patient. The need for X-ray is considered on a case by case basis. Only the necessary views are taken. Report of Findings Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you recommendations for your care.
	Treatment  Our gentle chiropractic adjustment of the spine and other joints restore proper alignment and improve the function of the nervous system. We will offer you choices along the way. Nothing will be done without your consent.

Our office participates in many insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
