About The Doctor

Dr. Horning grew up in nearby Woodstock, Illinois. He now resides in Wauconda with his wife, Diann, and their four boys: David, Daniel, Joshua, and Jacob. He graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University.

He earned his DC degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, in 1987. He received his CCSP degree (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician) from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Bloomington, Minnesota, in 2001.

He regularly attends seminars to keep current on chiropractic issues.
Dr. Horning is active in his church and is the team doctor at his boys school. He enjoys coaching basketball and baseball, playing softball, camping, biking, and spending time with his family
